From design to material, through processing we can provide suggestions to improve manufacturability and reduce your cost. Once an approved design is released for manufacturing, we procure materials and, decide how to hold the component during machining processes. We then design fixtures if necessary and program your component using one of our premier computer aided machining software packages. The machine tool is setup with fixtures and tools for your component.
